treat yourself

They say: "treat others the way you want to be treated"; I say: "treat yourself the way you want others to treat you".

The holy trinity of taking care of yourself (especially when grumpy): Sleep/Eat/Drink - Sleep, rest, pleasure - if you're missing at least one of these you need to go get it. - Food, taste and nutrition - just eat something that's good for you and something that tastes good. - Hydrate, drink water, drink cononut water, electrolytes make your body run smoothly.
